Spectra Farms (Pty) Ltd began as a small company in Paarl in 2015, initially supplying ripe and ready avocados exclusively to restaurants in Paarl, Wellington, and Franschhoek.

Over the years, we have grown steadily through a strong and successful partnership with Westfalia Fruit.

We take great pride in the fact that we have never sourced a single box of avocados from provincial open markets. Instead, we consistently provide our clients with only the very best ripe and ready avocados — 365 days a year.
